    Prepare Use Non-stick pan (with cooking spray): (8-10 minutes): Spray the non-stick pan with a cooking spray. Place the- frozen burger on a non-stick pan. Turn the heat on high. Keep turning the burger every few minutes until is fully cooked. Oven: (15-18 minutes): Preheated the oven at 220°C. Place the frozen burger on a non-stick oven pan or baking paper. It takes approximately 15-18 minutes to be fully cooked. The product must be adequately cooked before consumption
    Storage Store -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted
