Place on a baking tray near the top of the oven for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Air fry from defrost Based on half a bag 1400W 4 L Air Fryer. Set temperature to 180°C. Remove required amount from packaging. Place into air fryer basket. Cook for 12-14 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Pan fry from defrost Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Fry over a medium heat for 15-18 minutes. Tum halfway through cooking time. Reduce heat if necessary. Grill from defrost Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time, reduce heat if necessary Pan fry from frozen Pre-heat a little oil in a frying pan. Remove required amount from packaging. Fry over a medium heat for 15-18 minutes. Turn halfway through cooking time. Reduce heat if necessary. Oven from frozen Pre-heat oven Fan 180°C/Gas 6. Remove required amount from packaging. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven for 20-22 minutes Turn halfway through cooking time. Grill from frozen Pre-heat grill to a medium heat. Remove required amount from packaging. Place onto the wire rack of a grill pan. Grill for 18-20 minutes. Turn halfway throw cooking time, reduce heat if necessary.
Storage Keep frozen at -18°C. Defrost in the refrigerator for 24 hours. Once defrosted, use within 48 hours. Do not refreeze after defrosting
