Alaska Pollock fillet fish fingers, lights fried. Made from 100% fish fillet
Prepare Use | Oven Baked: Straight from the freezer. 230°C, Fan 210°C, Gas Mark 8 for 12-15 minutes. Pre-heat the oven. Place on a baking tray in the top part of the oven. Turn over halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Air Fry from frozen: 180°C, 8 minutes. Pre-heat to 180°C for 3½ minutes. Place product in the basket (max 8 Fish fillets) and place in the pre-heated air fryer. Shake halfway through cooking. Cook until crisp and golden. Allow to stand for 1 minute Grill: Medium Grill 12-15 min. Pre heat the grill. Turn over occasionally. Cook until crisp and golden. |
