Prepare Use | This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure the fish is piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. To oven cook: Preheat oven 220°C (Fan 200°C / Gas 7). Place fish fingers on a pre-heated baking tray in the center of the oven, turning once. Cook for 10-12 minutes. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Turn occasionally. Cook for 10-12 minutes |
