Skinless and boneless formed Alaska Pollock fillets coated in batter, prefried and deep frozen
Prepare Use This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are pipping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may very depending on the thickness of the fillets. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. To Oven Cook: Preheat oven 220° / Fan 200° / Gas 7. Place the portions on a preheated baking tray in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally. Cook for 22-27 minutes
