Skinless and boneless formed Alaska Pollok fillets coated in breadcrumbs, pre fried and deep frozen
Prepare Use This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. Remove all packaging. Cook from frozen. To oven cook: Preheat oven 220°C (Fan 200°C / Gas 7). Place the portions on a pre-heated baking tray in the center of the oven. Cook for 25-30 minutes. To Grill: Preheat grill to medium heat. Turn fillets occasionally. Cook for 22-27 minutes
