Prepare Use This product contains raw fish and must be cooked thoroughly. Ensure fillets are piping hot before serving. For best results cook in a conventional oven. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances may vary. Cooking times may vary depending on the thickness of the fillets. To oven cook: Preheat oven 220°C (Fan 200°C / Gas 7). Place fillets on a pre-heated baking tray on top shelf of oven. Cook for: 1-2 portions 20-30 minutes. 3-4 portions 34-36 minutes
