Prepare Use No need to defrost the fish sticks. To shallow fry: Heat the oil. Fry the fish sticks over medium heat, for 5-8 minutes turning frequently until golden brown. To deep fry: heat oil to 170°C. Fry the fish sticks for 3-4 minutes. Drain and serve
Storage Store -18°C. Do not refreeze once defrosted
