Prepare Use Don’t defrost before preparation. Frying pan: Heat little oil in a pan and fry the frozen fish sticks at medium heat for 6-8 minutes, turning frequently, until golden brown. Air fryer: Bake at 200° for 13-15 minutes. Oven: Bake the frozen fish sticks in a pre-heated oven on a baking paper (upper track) at 220°C (top and bottom heat) (fan oven: 200°C) for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Serve hot
