Prepare Use No need to defrost the fish fillets. To shallow fry: Heat the oil. Fry fillets over medium heat, for 7-9 minutes turning frequently until golden brown. To deep fry: heat oil to 170°C. Fry the fish fillets for 5-6 minutes. Drain and serve. To oven bake: Preheat the oven to 230°C. Place fish fillets in tray and cook for 15-20 minutes. Turn fish fillets once after approximately 10 minutes. Serve golden brown. Please ensure food is cooked until piping hot. These instructions are guidelines only
