Fish fillets cut from Alaska Pollock fish blocks, battered, pre-fried
Prepare Use Don’t defrost before preparation. Frying pan: Heat enough oil in a pan and fry the frozen fish fillets at medium heat for 8-10 minutes turning frequently, until golden brown. Air fryer: Bake at 200°C for 13-15 minutes. Oven: Preheat the oven to 225°C (fan oven: 200°C) and bake the frozen fish fillets in the upper part of the oven for 17-19 minutes. Serve hot/
