Prepare Use Oven: 220°C / Fan 190°C / Gas 7. Pre-heat the oven and remove outer packaging and film lid. Cook in the middle of the oven on a baking tray for 35 minutes. Serve with your favourite side. Microwave: Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place tray onto a microwave plate. Cook on full power: 800w cook for 7 minutes. 900w cook for 6 minutes. Stand for 1 minute
