Prepare Use	Instructions: In a pot: Remove the cod fillets from their bag. Place them still frozen in the pot and simmer for 9-12 minutes. Strain and serve. Wrapped in foil in conventional oven: Remove the product from its bag and place on aluminium foil shaped as a boat. Preheat the oven to 180°C (thermostat 6/7) for 10 minutes. Place it in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes. Salt, pepper and serve. In the pan: Remove from its bag and place it still frozen in a pan where you have previously melted some butter or heated some oil. Lightly brown on each side for 4-5 minutes. Salt, pepper and serve. In the microwave (750 Watt): remove from its plastic bag and place in a microwave-safe dish. Cook on maximum for around 3 minutes (around 5 for 2 fillets)
