Prepare Use In the oven: firstly, defrost the tails (8 hours in the refrigerator). Once thawed, remove the tails from the package and rinse them. With a pair of scissors, start cutting the central part of the shell and stop right before the last ring at the end of the tail. Close again the shell and place the flesh (with the end of the tail attached to it) on top of it. On a tray, place the tails, with the side of the flesh upwards. Season with salt and pepper and spread a generous layer of butter with garlic. Bake in grill, in preheated oven (180 °C) for 12 to 15 minutes. Once cooked, the flesh should not be translucent
Storage Keep refrigerated for 24 hours. Keep frozen at -18 °C. Do not refreeze a defrosted product
