Cooking Instructions - General. For best results microwave from frozen Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat. Warning The tray may soften on heating but will regain strength on standing. When removing film lid after cooking, do so with caution as hot steam may escape. Leave on a plate/baking tray at all times during the reheating and stirring process. Microwave - From Frozen. 900 w: 7 min 30 sec, 800 W: 8 min Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a microwavable plate and cook on full power for 5 minutes (900 w/800 w). Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir rice and curry separately and re-cover. Cook on full power for a further 2 minutes 30 seconds (900 w), 3 minutes (800 w). Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve. Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 40 min Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven and cook for 30 minutes. Peel back film lid, add 1 tablespoon of water to the rice. Stir the rice and curry separately and re-cover. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes. Allow to stand for 1 minute. Stir and serve.
