Prepare Use The following are guidelines only. Some appliances may vary. Remove packaging and set aside pancakes and sachet of sauce for later. Place duck on a wire rack in a banking tray on a middle shelf of preheated oven at 200°C / Fan 180°C / Gas Mark 6 for 30 minutes. Steam pancakes for 4-5 minutes or heat for 20 seconds in a 900w microwave on medium power. Carefully remove from the oven and serve. Ensure product is thoroughly heated and piping hot throughout before serving. Do not reheat
