    Prepare Use Deep fryer: dip the sticks, while still frozen, in the very hot oil (180 °C) for about 2.5’, until golden. Strain the sticks and let them cool down for about 3’ before serving. Oven: preheat your oven to 240 °C (GM 8). Place the sticks, while still refrigerated, on a tray which you have covered with baking paper. Place on the middle rack and cook for 8’, until golden. Let them cool down for about 3’ before serving
    Storage 24 hours in the refrigerator. Keep frozen at -18°C. Attention: never refreeze a defrosted product
