Prepare Use | INSTRUCTIONS No need to defrost. Ready to cook Oven: Place the falafel in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C for 12-14 minutes or until golden and crispy, turning once Fry/Deep fry: Fry the falafel in hot oil (for deep fry pre-heat oil t I to 175°C) for 3-4 minutes. Do not fry too many at once to avoid heat loss. Air fryer: Bake at 180°C for 6-7 minutes |
