    Prepare Use In the oven (10’): Preheat the oven to 200 ℃ (fan mode). Place the sticks, while still frozen, on a tray which you have covered with baking paper, making sure you have separated them from each other. Place on the middle rack and let them cook for 10’. Flip them halfway with a spatula. In a saucepan (8’): Heat a tablespoon of oil in a saucepan. Place the sticks, while still frozen and cook each side for 4’ in medium heat. Adjust the cooking time to your equipment
    Storage Keep frozen at -18 °C. Do not refreeze after defrosting
