Prepare Use	Microwave from frozen At 800w. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a microwaveable plate. Cook for 4 minutes. Stir, cook for a further 2 minutes. Stand for 1 minute, stir before serving. Oven from frozen Fan at 180°C. Gas 5. Remove outer packaging and pierce film lid several times. Place on a baking tray near the middle of the oven. 30 minutes into cooking time, stir, return to oven for 10 minutes. Stir before serving.
