    Prepare Use No defrosting required. In the microwave: Remove the plastic film and heat at maximum power (800 W) for 7 to 8 minutes. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the plastic film and place the tray in the middle rack of the oven. Heat for 45 to 50 minutes. Then gratinate until a crust is formed, by turning on the grill at 200 °C.
