Instructions: Without defrosting. In the pot: place the vegetables in a pot with simmering water. Cook for 15-20 minutes on medium heat from the moment it starts to simmer. Strain. In a pressure cooker: add 2 glasses of water in the pressure cooker, place the vegetables in the basket on the highest position. Close and cook for 6-7 minutes from the time the valve is up. Steam: lay the vegetables in a steam basket. Place them in simmering water and boil covered for 12 minutes. In the microwave: place the vegetables in a microwave-safe pot, add half a glass of water per 200g of vegetables. Cover and cook at maximum (900 watt) for the indicated time, stirring halfway. For all cases, salt and pepper as you wish. For 200g: 9 minutes. For 400g: 12 minutes. For 600g: 15 minutes. For 800g: 18 minutes. For 1kg: 20 minutes.
