Instructions: Without defrosting. In the microwave: place the peas in a microwave safe pot. Cover and cook on the highest setting (900 watt) for the indicated time, stirring halfway. For 200 g: 3 minutes. For 400 g: 5 minutes. For 600 g 7 minutes. For 750 g: 8 minutes. In a pan: Add the peas in a pan with some oil. Let heat for the indicated time on high heat, half covered, and then reduce to medium heat, stirring frequently. For 200 g: 3 minutes with 2 tablespoons water. For 400 g: 5 minutes with 4 tablespoons water. For 600 g: 7 minutes with 5 tablespoons water. For 750 g: 10 minutes with 6 tablespoons water. In a pot: dip the peas in boiling water and cook for 3 minutes after they start to boil again. Strain. In all cases, add salt and pepper as you wish.
Keep frozen at -18°C. Important: Once thawed do not re-freeze
