Instructions: Prepare without defrosting. In a pot (Vichy carrots): add the carrots, cover with cold water and add some fat. Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat from the time it starts to simmer. Strain, and add salt, pepper, and finely chopped parsley. In the pressure cooker: add 2 glasses of water in the pressure cooker and place the carrots in the basket in the highest position. Close and cook for 8 minutes from the time the valve is up. In the microwave: place the carrots in a microwave-safe pot, add 1/2 glass of water per 250 g of carrots. Cover and cook in the cooking setting for the indicated time. For 250 g: 7 minutes. For 500 g: 10 minutes. For 1 kg: 20 minutes. *Times indicated for a microwave of maximum 900 Watt. Steam: spread the carrots in a steam basket. Place it in simmering water and boil, covered for 12 minutes.
