Instructions: Without defrosting. Add the vegetables with some oil in a pot or Dutch oven. Let simmer, covered for around 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. 5 minutes before the end of cooking time, salt and pepper as you wish, adding tomato paste, garlic, thyme or rosemary.
