Prepare Use | Warning: Do not eat raw. Cook before eating. Ready to cook from frozen. How to cook: Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving. Microwave from frozen: Cat E 850W: 3 minutes, Cat D 750W: 4 minutes. Place 80 g of frozen button sprouts in a microwaveable bowl and add 1 tablespoon of water. Cover and heat as shown, stir halfway. Allow to stand for 1 minute before serving. Steam from frozen: 7 minutes. Bring steamer to the boil and add 240 g of frozen button sprouts. Steam as shown or until tender. Top up water as necessary, do not allow the steamer to boil dry. Hob from frozen: 3-4 minutes. Add 400 g of frozen button sprouts in boiling water. Bring back to the boil, cover and simmer as shown or until tender. Drain and serve |
