Prepare Use | In conventional oven: preheat your oven for 15’ at 210 °C (gas mark 7). Take the tart out of the freezer, remove the transparent wrapping and the tart from the mold and then place it in a baking dish. Cook on the middle rack for 5’. Let it cool down for 30 minutes before you serve it. In the refrigerator: remove the tart from the packaging and let it thaw out at 4 °C for 4 hours. Keep refrigerated at 0-4 °C and consume within 24 hours after defrosting. Never refreeze a product that has been defrosted! |
