Place the falafel balls, while still refrigerated, and cook in medium heat for 16’. Stir them from time to time. Adjust cooking time to your equipment. RECIPE IDEA. Buddha Bowl Falafel. Preparation time: 20’. Cooking time: 20’. 2 persons: Ingredients: 240 g Findus Green Cuisine Falafel, 100 g basmati rice, 20 g spinach leaves, 3 carrots, 1 avocado, 1 pinch of salt, 1 pinch of pepper, 10 g sesame oil, ¼ bunch of fresh coriander. Instructions: 1. Prepare the falafel balls and keep them warm. 2. Prepare the rice and let it cool down. 3. Peel the carrots and finely grate them. 4. Rinse the spinach leaves and dry them off. 5. Finely chop the coriander. 6. Peel the avocado and cut it in two pieces, remove the pit, cut it in thin slices and add some lemon, so it doesn’t turn brown. 7. For the sauce: in a bowl, whisk salt, pepper, oil, and the rest of the lemon juice. 8. How to serve: in two deep plates put a layer of rice and then spread the spinach, the grated carrot, the avocado, and the warm falafel balls evenly. 9.
