Allow to stand for 1 minute.; Oven cook - From Frozen. 200°C, Fan 180°C, Gas 6, 45 min. Pre-heat your oven as shown. Remove outer packaging and remove film lid. Place on a baking tray in the centre of the oven. Allow to stand for 1 minute
