    Prepare Use CARE AND INSTRUCTIONS: Remove all labels and wash in hot soapy water before use. After washing always dry the pan/casserole thoroughly before storing. Our cast iron pan/casserole with Matte Black enamel coating doesn't need the pre-seasoned (Oiling Coating) maintenance. Rust may occurring at the rim of the cast iron products, in case of that, please clean the rust, and then apply little oiling over the rim. We recommend that using your pan for meats and other fatty foods at the beginning, this will encourage the development of the patina (a layer of natural non-stick coating). A true non-stick surface takes time to form. For grill and frying pans, in order to have better cooking result (with non-sticking effect), it is recommended to place the food onto the pan when the pan gets sufficiently hot. This advice does not apply to the other products. Grilling - Do not attempt to turn food on the grill pan until the char lines have appeared. This will take several minutes. Cast Iron cookware is made to last for many years. When cared for properly, cast iron cookware can be passed down from generation to generation. Heat Sources: Suitable for all hobs (Induction, gas, electric and halogen) and any oven except for microwave. When using on glass stove tops DO NOT drag pan across the glass. This pan is not dishwasher safe
