Do not place the vacuum bottle or food jar directly on a drip coffee maker, stove top, or other heat source. Doing so can damage the appliance and the product. Do not use with warm milk products or baby food. This will minimize bacterial growth. Care & Use: Before first use, be sure to wash all parts thoroughly. Dishwashing instructions: - Dishwasher safe. - Though dishwashing will not damage your product, if your product has a narrow opening, please consider whether hand washing will give a more thorough cleaning. - Do not wash in commercial-strength appliances or on high heat settings. This can lead to reduced thermal performance. - Do not use dishwashing detergents that contain high levels of chlorine or bromide. This can lead to reduced thermal performance. - Dishwashing may age the appearance of your item faster than hand washing. If preserving the finish of any paint and artwork on your item is important to you, we recommend hand washing. - To remove stubborn stains, soak overnight with a solution of warm water and baking soda. Remove lid during soak to ensure pressure does not build up. If your product has a pour-through stopper, to use, rotate stopper one full turn. Take care not to unscrew stopper entirely before pouring. If your product has a pressure release valve, check to see it is in place before each use. Guarantee: Stanley® products are warranted to be free from any defect in workmanship or materials and to be thermally efficient provided used according to the instructions.
