
Maple syrup and Berries Croissant Pudding

Ingredients
- 4 butter croissants
- 3 eggs
- 200 ml milk, whole
- 200 ml cream
- 50 g sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 g berries (i.e. blueberries, strawberries, brambles)
- 30 ml maple syrup to serve
Preparation
- Line a 20x20 cm pan with parchment paper.
- Cut each croissant into 8-10 pieces and place them in the pan.
- In a bowl add the eggs, milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla. Stir and pour over the croissants and allow the mixture to be absorbed for 10 minutes.
- Add the berries and bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 25 minutes.
- Serve with maple syrup.
