Coffee and cream cheese mousse

Ingredients
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted hazelnuts
- 2 shots espresso (not hot)
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup drops of dark chocolate
Instructions
1. Mix the cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and coffee in a blender or with a whisk until they become a soft cream.
2. Divide the mixture into small bowls and place them in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to tighten.
3. Garnish with the drops of dark chocolate and the hazelnuts
