Mango sorbet

Ingredients
- 4 cups mango, cut into pieces (i.e. frozen)
- ½ cup coconut milk
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp lime juice
- ½ tsp cardamom
- 1 pinch of salt
Method
Defrost the mango for a few minutes and then place all the ingredients in a blender.
Beat the ingredients well until they are combined. If the mixture sticks to the sides of the blender, scrape with a spatula.
Place the mixture in the freezer until firm (2-3 hours).
We can also use any other fruit to make a sorbet.
