Marinated salmon in rice paper wrappers

Ingredients
- ● 1 rice wrapper
- ● 250 g salmon
- ● 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- ● 2 tsp ORIENTAL thai sweet chili sauce
- ● 2 tsp ORIENTAL sriracha
- ● ½ tsp sesame oil
- ● 1 tbsp black sesame
- ● frying oil
- ● spring onions
- ● 1 lime
- ● salt
- ● pepper
Method
- Cut the salmon into small pieces.
- Place the salmon in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, sesame, salt and pepper. Mix well.
- Leave the bowl in the fridge to lightly marinate, while you prepare the rice wrappers.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Cut the rice wrapper in 8 equal pieces.
- Fry the oil wrapper pieces for a few seconds, until crispy.
- Add a tablespoon of salmon mix over each chip.
- Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions and sesame.
- Serve with the lime on the side and enjoy straight away!
