Marinated salmon in rice paper wrappers

Ingredients

  • ● 1 rice wrapper
  • ● 250 g salmon
  • ● 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • ● 2 tsp ORIENTAL thai sweet chili sauce
  • ● 2 tsp ORIENTAL sriracha
  • ● ½ tsp sesame oil
  • ● 1 tbsp black sesame
  • ● frying oil
  • ● spring onions
  • ● 1 lime
  • ● salt
  • ● pepper

Method

  1. Cut the salmon into small pieces.
  2. Place the salmon in a bowl and add the mayonnaise, thai sweet chili sauce, sriracha, sesame oil, sesame, salt and pepper. Mix well.
  3.  Leave the bowl in the fridge to lightly marinate, while you prepare the rice wrappers.
  4. Heat the oil in a pan.
  5. Cut the rice wrapper in 8 equal pieces.
  6. Fry the oil wrapper pieces for a few seconds, until crispy.
  7. Add a tablespoon of salmon mix over each chip.
  8. Garnish with freshly chopped spring onions and sesame.
  9. Serve with the lime on the side and enjoy straight away!
