
Salad with pears, nuts and balsamic vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 4 cups mixed green lettuce
- 2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp dried cranberries
- 1 tbsp walnuts cut in half
- 1 tbsp lemon
- 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
- 1/3 cup parmesan
For the balsamic vinaigrette:
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Method
1. Spread the pear slices over the vegetables and add the lemon
2. Add the nuts, cranberries, cheese and vinaigrette.
