6  Chicken Drumsticks

20ml Olive Oil

1  Garlic Glove grated

50ml  Lemon Juice

2gr Paprika Powder

100gr Mustard

2  Rosemary Stalks

20ml Fresh Chicken Stock

200gr BBQ sauce

Salt / Pepper


Boil chicken drum stick for 10 minutes. Leave to cold for 10 minutes

Mix well: chicken stock, mustard, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, rosemary, BBQ sauce, salt and pepper.

Brush chicken with the mixture

Baked in preheat oven 170c for 25-30 minutes.
