Farfale with prawns and cream sauce

20 prawns size 16-20, clean and unshelled
2 cups boiled Farfale pasta
150gr chopped spring onion
1 chopped garlic
10 asparagus cut in small pieces
100ml white wine
350ml fresh cream
5gr chopped chilli pepper
50gr chopped fresh basil
100gr parmesan flakes
Salt & Pepper
- In hot pan melt butter. Sauté prawns and then add onion, chilli and garlic.
- Add asparagus, pour wine and let to reduce at 1/3. Finally pour cream.
- Then add pasta, basil and season with salt and pepper.
- Served with parmesan flakes.
