500gr. Drumsticks

50ml. Pineapple juice

100gr. Pineapple chunks

2gr. Garlic powder

3gr. cayenne pepper

2gr. Onion powder

2gr. dry thyme

5gr. Chopped fresh parsley

2gr. Sugar

1gr. Paprika powder

1gr. All spices

1gr. Nutmeg powder

1gr. Cinnamon powder

10ml. Coconut Liqueur

20ml. Rum

50gr. Butter

100gr. Smoked BBQ sauce


  1. Mix all ingredients except butter and BBQ sauce. Marinated chicken for unless 12 hours.
  2. In fry pan sauté chicken in butter to golden brown.
  3. Baked at 180c for 20-25 minutes more.
  4. Served with BBQ sauce dip.
