American Pancakes with Marble Syrup
Preparation time 10 minutes
Cooking time 5-6 minutes
Ingredients for 10 pancakes
135gr flour
1 tbsp ΒΡ
½ tbsp salt
2 s. spoon sugar
130ml milk
1 beaten egg
2 s. spoon cold melted butter
Marble syrup
Preparation
- Mix all the ingredients and whisk well.
- Leave to rest for 20 minutes in the fringe.
- Cooked in medium heat in non-stick pan.
- When they get a golden brown colour, turn to cook from the other side.
