Ingredients for 10 pancakes

135gr flour

1 tbsp ΒΡ

½ tbsp salt

2 s. spoon sugar

130ml milk

1 beaten egg

2 s. spoon cold melted butter

Marble syrup


Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and whisk well.
  2. Leave to rest for 20 minutes in the fringe.
  3. Cooked in medium heat in non-stick pan.
  4. When they get a golden brown colour, turn to cook from the other side.
