Ingredients for 8 portions

3 kg chops

4 rosemary stems

100 ml oil

300 gr blue cheese

2 garlic cloves

Salt and pepper


Preparation

  1. In baking tray add chops, oil, rosemary, garlic, salt and pepper.
  2. Leave to marinate for minimum 8 hours.
  3. Cover and bake chops in a preheated oven at 220 C for 20 minutes.
  4. Remove cover, add cheese and bake until golden brown.
