500gr beef mince meat

5gr oregano

5gr cumin

1 tbs HP sauce

1 tbs ketchup

1 tbs mustard

1 tbs oil

1 egg

50gr breadcrumb

1/6 chopped parsley

½ chopped onion

Salt / Pepper

4 brioche bread


  1. In a bowl, mix very well all ingredients.
  2. Taste the mixture with small burger cooked, and then shapes the rest mixture.
  3. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooked.
  4. Cook and serve with brioche bread.
