Mini Beef Burger with Brioche Bread

500gr beef mince meat
1 tbs HP sauce
1 tbs ketchup
1 tbs mustard
1 tbs oil
1/6 chopped parsley
½ chopped onion
Salt / Pepper
4 brioche bread
- In a bowl, mix very well all ingredients.
- Taste the mixture with small burger cooked, and then shapes the rest mixture.
- Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooked.
- Cook and serve with brioche bread.
