500gr chicken mince meat

5gr oregano

5gr  cumin

1 tbs BBQ sauce

1 tbs ketchup

1 tbs mustard

1 tbs oil

1 egg

50gr bread crumb

¼ chopped parsley

½ chopped onion

1 chopped avocado

½ chopped tomato

1 chopped spring onion

¼ chopped fresh coriander

1 lime juice

Salt / Pepper


  1. Mix avocado, spring onion, coriander and lime jus. Season with salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge until serve.
  2. In a bowl mix very well the rest ingredients.
  3. Taste the mixture with small burger cooked, and then shapes the rest mixture.
  4. Keep in the fridge for 30 minutes before cooked.
  5. Cook and serve with the avocado mixture.
