ingredients for 4 portions 

1ltr red wine

200gr sugar

1 cinnamon stick Ceylon

1 star anise

2 cloves

1 orange

1 red apple

1 green apple

1 pear


  1. In small pot warm wine at 45c and dissolve sugar.
  2. Add cinnamon, cloves, star anise, fruits cut in slice and low heat at 45c for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat, strain and let to cool down.
  4. Served cold at 12c.
