Cold Aromatic Wine with Cinnamon and Fruits

Cooking time 10 minutes
ingredients for 4 portions
1ltr red wine
1 cinnamon stick Ceylon
1 star anise
1 red apple
1 green apple
- In small pot warm wine at 45c and dissolve sugar.
- Add cinnamon, cloves, star anise, fruits cut in slice and low heat at 45c for 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat, strain and let to cool down.
- Served cold at 12c.
