Ingredients for 12 falafel

2 cups of chick peas, soak in water

1 cup of broad beans, soak in water

2 garlic cloves

1 chopped onion

2 tsp cumin

2 tsp dry coriander

1 cup chopped parsley

1 cup chopped coriander

1 tsp paprika powder

1 tsp BP

Fry oil

Salt and pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200C
  2. Add broad beans and chick peas in mince meat machine or blender.
  3. Then mix all ingredients.
  4. Shape with hands and bake for 30 minutes or golden brown.
