Serving: 6 large pizzas

Ingredients for dough

1kg farina flour

5gr. Dry yeast

2gr. Sugar

500ml. Water

10gr. Salt

1 tbs Olive oil

Ingredients for sauce

200 gr ripe tomatoes

2gr. Oregano

2gr. Basil

1 tbs olive oil

50gr. Sugar

Salt / Pepper

Ingredients for stuffing 

50 spinach leafs

800gr. Mozzarella grated

6 eggs

100gr. Parmesan flakes

20 ripe cherry tomatoes cut in half

1 tbs olive oil


  1. For dough: In a mixer bowl, mix the flour, salt and olive oil. Then soak yeast and sugar in cup of warm water. When yeast is swell add theflour.
  2. Finally add the rest of the water slowly until the dough soft.
  3. Form dough into balls and make sure each weighs 200 gr and leave them to rest for 1 hour in warm place.
  4. For pizza sauce: Blend all ingredients for sauce.
  5. Roll pizza dough in round flat shape and place in pizza tray. Fork the dough and spread the pizza sauce. Add mozzarella cheese.
  6. Add spinach leafs and tomatoes and then add 1 egg in center of each pizza.
  7. Bake in preheated oven at 220c for 10-15 minutes.
  8. When the cheese is golden brown and the dough is cooked, remove from the oven.
  9. Slice and serve with olive oil and Parmesan flakes.
