6 kiwis, peeled and cut into halves
Juice from 1-2 limes
½ cup simple syrup, adjust to taste
30 ml of rum per person, adjust to taste
4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
2 cups sparkling water, add more to taste
Kiwi slices and mint leaves

Place the peeled kiwi pieces in a blender simple syrup and lime juice, pulse until you have coarse puree.
In a large pitcher, mix the kiwi puree with the rum.
Add some ice cubes, mint leaves, and kiwi slices.
Add the sparkling water, stir and taste. Add more rum, sparkling water, lime juice, or simple syrup if desired.
Pour into glasses and garnish with kiwi and mint.
