Mexican Tacos, Chilli Con Carne

Ingredients
50 ml corn oil
1 large chopped onion
1 chopped chili pepper
3 chopped garlic clove
1 kg beef mince meat
250gr tomato sauce
1gr cumin
2gr paprika
2gr oregano
1 cinnamon stick
500gr red beans
½ bunch chopped coriander
2 sliced tomatoes
1 shredded romaine lettuce
200gr orange cheddar cheese, grated
12 tacos shell
250gr sour cream
1 avocado
1 lime
Preparation
- In hot pot add oil and then mincemeat to sauté.
- Add onion, chili pepper, garlic to sauté.
- Pour tomato sauce, cumin, paprika, oregano and cinnamon.
- Cook for 15 minutes to reduce sauce.
- Remove cinnamon stick and strain mixture to remove any liquids.
- Add to mixture, beans, chopped coriander, salt and pepper.
- Mash avocado and mix with lime juice.
- Stuffed taco shells with chili corn carne and rest garnishes.
