4 chopped onions

100gr. Butter

1 stem of fresh thyme

120gr. Sugar

100ml water

Salt and Pepper


  1. Add all ingredients except sugar in small pot.
  2. Cook in low heat until the onion be soft and clear.
  3. Add sugar and cook for 5 minutes more or until golden brown.
