1 cup Parmesan, grated
smoked paprika or other spice of your choice
Preheat oven to 200 ° C.
Layer the baking paper on the baking sheet. Place a tablespoon of grated parmesan and sprinkle the cheese with 8cm by 10cm diameter.
Sprinkle with paprika.
